The site was way more confusing than I expected. I kept getting turned around and couldn’t figure out how to do basic things without getting frustrated. I really wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve saved myself the hassle.

The instructor definitely knows French, so it’s not even about that. I just felt like the lessons moved a bit quickly sometimes, and a few things could’ve been explained more clearly. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but I think it could’ve been better with a little more pacing and clarity

I gave explorefrench.com a try because I wanted more real speaking practice, but it wasn’t what I expected. To me, the sessions felt a bit awkward and not very interactive. I was hoping someone would correct me more or help me actually improve while talking, but it mostly felt like I was just sitting there waiting for things to move along. Maybe it works better for other people, but for what I needed, it didn’t feel worth it. I probably wouldn’t use it again.
